If you want a better investment... you're looking at spending maybe 600+. I'd go to a local bike shop and check out some other options. It all depends if you just plan on doing it casually or if you really want to get into it.
I don't believe for a second there isn't a better quality bike out there for $400 or less.
Give me the names of some good decent bikes that are $600-$1000. I bet I find a deal and can get one for my price range. I just have to know what features to look for. Like actual weight, size, mechanics, etc... Fuck name brands and shit like that.
