Sorry, I posted right before I left for the track. I will have some video up later on today if my friends get it online. I could not get a Camera of my own there so I had to rely on others.
I didnt do as good as I had hoped, Temps outside were under 50 degrees and everyone, including the guys with the big ass slicks were having traction issues. First 3 runs were tuning runs, letting off since I have no cage in the car yet.
The SLR never showed

First run was vs a Corvette. I let off before the 1/8th mile mark.

Second run was vs a 95 5.0 HO Mustang from the town I live in, a real cocky guy that talks a lot of shit and thinks his shit is fast. Again, this was a tuning run, I let off on the 1/8th mile and hit the brakes pretty hard.

Since I was having such traction issues, lighting them up in 1st and second and becoming squirrely I kept turning down my boost at the line. I went from launching at 5,000 RPM's down to 4,000 at this point. In hindsight, I wish I would have kept it at the 4500-4750 mark because at the end of this run, not only did I not get to examine my log of the run, but I could make no further changes since the battery on my Q1 was dead and I forgot my charger so I could not tune anymore and I was stuck bogging HARD AS FUCK off the line.
This was a full pass. You can kind of see what a bog does as the MPH difference on us is so high.

I am running DSMLink which is designed specifically for my car. Currently waiting for version 3 to come out, been waiting for 2 years, going to give me a shit load more control over the car.

I only have two seats in my car now. I stripped out everything from the front seats back since I am preparing the car for a cage and paint job. Only shaved maybe 50lbs off the car tops but every little bit helps when you are adding 75lbs or so of cage to the car.
My Q1 saved my log from my 4th run of the night when the battery on the Q1 died so I am able to go over that and figure out what the fuck went wrong and why I was only able to manage a crappy 12.1 @ 126 when I ran a 12.7 letting off half track and hitting the brakes.
From the looks of the log, as I suspected happened, I bogged fucking hard. Out of the hole ( launch ) I instantly jumped up to 31 miles a hour but bogged from the low boost launch and grip of the tires and dropped down to 6.2mph and pretty much had to start the race all over again lol. Even on the crappy launch, I went 0-60 in 3.95 seconds.

i wanted to take the backseats out of my mustang since its not very comfortable back there anyway...and put together something. never got around too it, instead went towards riding a bike. lots of fun. just sold mine and ill be pickin up a new one come jan

Dont know if you are making a ricer comment or just attempting to be funny, either way, both failed.

DSMers worry about the performance more than the looks, looks are an after thought. I figure, might as well spend a little extra to make it look good while I make it fast as fuck.
