true story....

the best part of the story is the stuff in between the lines.

1) before sunday the vessle was adrift with no power...now it was being towed by the destroyer...in other words, SEALS somehow in the middle of the night fixed a cable to it....it then moves from a kidnapping to a hostage standoff...the boat was 25 yards from the destroyer...easy sniper shot or even for a marine rifleman

2) the fourth pirate was on board the destroyer "negotiating" the piracy...imaging his face when the captain came in and cuffed him lol'ing the whole time

3) apparently all three pirates were on deck of the vessel and one pointed the gun at the hostage...at that point all the snipers fired and killed the three...

i do wonder what will happen now...of course the pirates are now saying "an eye for an eye"...so it will be interesting to see if they start slaughtering captives...
