I pay less than half of that a month for my AT&T iPhone...I dunno where you're shopping, but they hosed you good.

Well, what would happen, since I used the phone for business; they charged me $60/month for the plan, then $30 for the internet (when I signed up, the internet came with it, and it was $70 flat). Anyways, the plan didn't cover the amount of minutes I was on the phone in the day hours. So, I upped the plan one tier, and then was paying $120/month. That covered it for the most part, but had some clients in Alberta, and it cost me $20/month for the voice and data. So, I lowered it again, hoping to conserve some minutes, and went back $90/month. After that month, I was at $120 for going over my minutes, and too many text messages. So, no matter what, I wasn't getting away with anything less than $140/month.

3 months after, I went to tie my shoe while downtown, and my phone slipped out of my pocket (the protector drove me nuts, so I got rid of it since I never dropped it), of course this time, it fell out of my pocket, and landed face first on the concrete; spidering the screen. They just released the 3G a month before, and called Apple for a replacement for my 1st gen, and they wanted $250 to replace it, even with accidental insurance. So, I told them to call me when they stopped swinging from AT&T's nutsack, and cancel my contract until then. The Apple rep told me, "There's a reason I don't own an iPhone, and that's all I can say".
So, I went back to T-Mobile, bought another Curve (didn't want to take my chances with the 1st gen Storm, or G1), and I went back to paying $50/month, and never go over my minutes. Plus they cover the Alberta calls.
Really, it's a personal preference. If you own a business, and use your minutes mainly in the day, I wouldn't recommend it.

You also get sprint TV for the 99.99 price and some other stuff. For 69.99 you get unlimited text/pic mail, data and I think 400 min, unlimited nights and weekends start at 7pm . Plus the Palm pre fucking owns, goto a sprint store and check it out. It will be my next phone for sure.

Psst!_=+
