The real problem is profit based health insurance companies. We could solve a ton of issues by waxing these fuckers completely or limiting what they are allowed to cover. If you don't see the immorality of a company choosing who gets care based on Net Operating Profit then debating the whole issue is a waste of time. Some people like the wild west way things are done. Everyman for himself. I think its archaic.
