The cop with the taser ran up and looked like he was going to taser his head then went to the neck. I know those things record how many times you press the button. The guy was already on the ground why did he need to hit it like 4 more times. I am applying to the police department as we speak. Taken my oral boards and such and when i see shit it makes me sick. I think that was excesive. Hope that fat ass cop gets canned. No need to treat people like that.
