The medics gun has been nerfed, at least the starting gun. It does a lot less damage.
Also the server browser is 100x more buggier for me than it ever was in beta. I can't join a fucking server 90% of the time and I have to close the client and reopen it. Then opening every fucking tab, filtering, refreshing, etc... takes fucking 45 seconds.
It's fucking 2010 and you can't get a fucking server browser right? seriously, wtf.
