dude lex, just buy every part - ( not saying keep it, just return all the other shit once youve isolated it)

MB (this being switched out last obviously)
RAM
GFX card
(you already have the PSU)

and start switching out until the problem goes away. ive had problems like that before and just kept on switching out until i isolated the issue....for me, it was the PSU and another time, it was shitty RAM. have you tried removing sticks of ram?
