I hope they don't allow the Sallos client. I used it on hybrid, and it is all kinds of hax IMO.

It doesn't take the most powerful nations on Earth to create the next global conflict. Just the will of a single man

I'm pretty sure they said sallos is blocked, they also should have the functionality to block parts of razor, but in beta razor works in all its glory. Which is kind of disappointing.

I'm not sure what all they can do to prevent Injection and all that, but I am also not a programmer. I hope they have something in mind though. I guess we will find out pretty soon.

Razor is tied into RunUO and you can specify in the RunUO code what is and isn't allowed in the razor client. Inside razor there is a checkbox to negotiate features with server. If this is disabled in razor then the server can be set to disconnect the client until they fix it.
This doesn't stop people smart enough to program their own razor like programs, but those people are few and far between.

Ah, nice. Yeah, I know Injection was open source. I used to know some guys that used it to make some interesting exploits. Probably will be some people who will get it working on IPY, but I imagine it would be a very select few. It wouldn't be hard to spot people using that shit anyway.

UOE=best program ever. Fast walk was the win.
I remember when someone in LoD linked the download for it on the forums and mass LoD got banned. Wonder if anyone has that history.

I liked how with UO:E if you would equip a bag with the autoequip function it put a little kid inside your model. Before OSI removed all the children models from the UO gumps...which was a sad day for those who wanted to roleplay John Wayne Gacy Jr. I didn't use UO:E for much other than recalling from runes in my bank so I didn't have to carry any. I was more of a UO:Plugin guy so I could remove the reuse timers on skills =) Never got banned though.
