My dad uses the qc15 and its really damn good. Our local Best Buy had a demonstration set to check the noise canceling and its pretty impressive. It has an in-line mic though so that may not be the greatest.

Me, I just turn off the TV and keep the extra cash.

It doesnt have a mic, i use a $20 table mic. The noise cancelling is pretty amazing, but nothing comes close to the sound quality.

That's 350$? I just couldn't justify purchasing a headset for that much. I've raged 2 keyboards and a headset in the past year. I'd have to insure it.

you could always use the plex patented boxers over headphones to hold them together if you break them.
