I'm not talking about kids who live in grandmas basement, who in actuality can probably afford to buy in game items due to no other financial obligations and grandmas spare change. I'm also not talking about entertainment value. I was also not judging people for spending RL $ on games(I've done it!).
Some people work, a lot and long hours, but don't have disposable income(not even referring to myself here) to buy e-items(or go to a football game for that matter). You sound like someone who has never had an issue with finances before. I.E. Ignorant.
No I don't think it's fair that wealthy people like you can have the competitive edge in games.
RL $ for competitive advantage is lame.
Hate to have to be the one to tell you this, but if you "work alot, and long hours" and you can't afford $60-$100 on a hobby you enjoy, than you shouldn't be playing games. You should be either
A.) looking for a new Job.
B.) Further your education so you can stop making jail wages.
