I like the new DF video and I like the third person view for ranged better. I am probably gonna make a orc or wolf if those are options and then become some kind of mage type player.

im hopeful that it comes out next week, but this is aventurine so it might come out in 2014

Maybe this is just blind optimism, but I think since the amount of time between the release announcement and the actual release was so short, they had the game "ready" to release upon making the announcement. I also think that if there was going to be a lengthy delay (a month or more) that they already would've announced it. I fully expect problems downloading the game and launch day issues though. This is AV after all.

With the small amount of info they have put out so close to their release date, I was expecting a delay.
