Problem is you simply cannot stop humans ability for 'crazy' ~ Trance the reason why the 'drug ban' is the same arguement is if you do a 'gun ban' or how about an 'alcohol ban' etc. how well does that work? Teach & provide every American the proper education that goes into fire arms & their use.. & while you are at it teach people how to drive. This is the same arguement as guns.

If everyone of those teachers on that campus that day was not only armed with their own NON AUTOMATIC FIRE ARM & 4 YEARS OF 'BASIC' G.I. (GOV. ISSUE) FIREARMS TRAINING.. Than that CRAZY MOTHER FUCKER that took out over 20 would have been done by the time he fired off his 2nd round. Thats a fact you couldnt despute with me.

Tell me with the billions spent on car accidents, insurance, etc. that if we put every kid of the next generation into 4~ years of extensive driving training before they are even allowed to hit the public roads it wouldnt have an effect on your bullshit statistics you like to use in arguements? $2donuts it would make a huge difference if everyone had a proper education on how to not drive like a fucking retard.

I don't want to get into it but I feel more can be done with gun control. A outright ban is not the way to go, nor do I think giving more gun rights would help. There should be a healthy balance somewhere, but no matter what you will never solve these issues with just gun control.

My wife works in mental health services. The amount of funding and agencies that have been removed is ridiculous. Most of these people would be managed better if more of these services were still available. Yet the opposite is happening, they are removing more and more of it and allowing insurance companies to block coverage more and more. Shit like this needs to change and until it does more people who could be treated are never going to get the right help.

There are a variety of effective ways to address this.

1. Purchase the guns in major cities, this has been done successfully in several places. Police departments have opened large stands and bought them directly off of the streets.

2. Obama needs to continue investing in border control, he has been good about this to date ( know your facts even if you don't like him ).

3. China has a limit to the amount of ammunition you can own and a variety of other effective measures that are serving them extremely well if you look at the data.

4. We have a TON of veterans here looking for work. Take the money we are wasting overseas and give them fucking law enforcement jobs here. They obviously don't need much training if any. This is my own idea. We are drastically low on cops in many areas. This kills 2 birds with one stone.

5. You don't need a fucking assault rifle to protect your home and family. If you do, you're going to lose that fight anyway. These should be completely off limits to civilians.
