I'm taking a urine test for a new job this Monday. I haven't smoked since the 15th, so I'll be roughly 23 days out. I workout 5x a week and have a clean diet, lots of fluids. I was always told it takes 30 days to clear your system, and I smoked heavily. Should I be worried? Any suggestions? Googling just gets me random forums, nothing credible. If anyone has been thru this recently or repeatedly plz advise.

Urine-luck-Costs like 25-30.00 at local head shop. They won't watch you piss. You could also get piss from a clean friend. Just have to make sure the termperature is correct.

You should be worried. THC stays in your system for 20-40 days if not longer depending if your a big fat slob.
Urine luck and other ingested fluids are detected in the UA sample as an "adulterant". So i'd steer clear of those as well.

GNC has a toxin cleanser that I'm gonna run and grab. I'll do more cardio today and hit the hot sauana. It stays in fat which I have very little of and I process fluids A LOT faster than normal people, if I was in the X-Men I would have some sort of pissing ability.

Depending on your workouts, it's out of your system in 5-7 days. I had a buddy test clean 4 days after but that was during training.

Unless they're doing blood or heaven forbid hair follicle you're fine.

Cardio is your best bet, you need to sweat. So we always joked during our years playing college ball that the treadmill would out do those shakes any day of the week. Those shakes, or anything like that are never 100%.

What is your BMI? More fat means more stuff for the THC to cling to. If you have a reasonably fast metabolism and you're at a healthy weight you should be clean by now. Go to Walgreens and pick up a stick test to make sure. I've had to go through this situation more times then I can count, I smoke so much I always have to go to a headshop and pick up the synthetic piss (the higher priced one) to make sure there is no room for error.

I'm 6'2 202 ( 198 if I'm on point with my diet ) and usually linger around 13-14% bodyfat. I just bought a bottle of this on a friends reference that's a really competent PA and smokes himself.

It was absolutely disgusting. I slammed the whole thing outside the store and was wondering whether or not I'd puke. Gonna go running tonight and keep the water intake rolling.

I'm just worried because I smoke high grade herb ( yeah I know everyone says that ) and literally go thru a full hand held vaporizor a dozen times a day if I'm not at work. I went to Walgreens, and the test they had wanted me to mail it out which made it completely useless to me. I bought 2 stick test at the head shop...and both of them came back "invalid" with no result...I did exactly what the directions said too, even timed it with my phone.
