This same thing happened when I was a kid. (about 12) Was helping my dad building a parking lot on a saturday. When we hear this "BOOM" look up and the guy shot up about 50 feet in the air above the power lines before falling back down to earth. We walked over to him, and all I really remember is his skin being charred black, and rippled in one direction like ocean waves. And you couldnt even imagine the smell, it was the most awful thing ever.

Wow 50 feet above the line?!?! Suicidal employee with power company or another pcp laced joint tragedy(if so probably best he got electrocuted,cuz his next move woulda been a naked slide down the wooden pole--common symptom with pcp, strong desire to get lots of cock slivers) Crazy how that smell of burned flesh is something everyone remembers very well. Hope I never have to smell it...unless the person was marinated really well before rotisserie cooked on slow heat all day..thats different

Naw, the power lines were near our old shop that had a bridge/river/abandoned buildings, that houses a lot of homeless degenerates. It's was a homeless climber that got zapped, and yes he was most likely on drugs.
My long time friend and I were laughing the other day about how we used to make crude knives/swords and bow's w/ arrows in my dads machine shop when we were like 10-12. Then we would be like "Ok, dad were off to go bum hunting." And he would wave and say "Alright be safe out there kids!"
