Not really. PC's will always lose against consoles. Yes, PC's will have the better graphics, better resolution, better framerate, better gameplay, and better controls.
However, none of that matters when 90% of PC games are designed for console hardware and hastily ported.
You end up with people arguing over a 15 frame difference, when they can't even run a SINGLE game at 120hz. You know the refresh rate of the $300 LCD's you can buy in walmart? Yeah, these new "next gen" consoles can't support them. Maybe in 6 years...
