What Anti said is something I always worry about though...Some cop drawing on and shooting me during a traffic stop because I have a gun on me. He could easily say I was going for my weapon and there wouldn't be anyone to contest it. My windows are tinted too dark for a police camera to make anything out.
I am always like “Officer, I have a concealed weapons permit and currently have one on my person. How would you like me to proceed?”
So far they have been cool about it and just chat me up about what kind of gun I have.
I did have one at a road block ask me to remove it. I told him I would allow him to remove it, but that I was uncomfortable drawing a weapon in his presence. He looked at me for a minute and then cut me loose.
