Show me a list of great medical achievements to come out of countries that have socialized health care.. go ahead & put together a list as best as you possibly can of world achievements in the medical world. I will bet that just UCLA Med ALONE will smash the world list of great achievements... Also I would like for you to footnote every single 'world' advancement that was based on the US already 'paving the way' - Again, I will bet dollars to donuts that just about anything anyone else has 'done' actually 'started' here in the US.

Innovation does not occur in the US alone. As for the list, I'm not Google. You can do it yourself, but off the top of my head the Polio vaccine, T-cell identification and rickets treatment. Maybe UCLA can smash the record, but I would argue this is because UCLA is a world leader in research and has a ton of funding from WHO. Not because of a free market health care system.

Credible source on this topic. I actually just happened to look this up recently because I was curious. US tops all in terms of medical research.
