Scala] Vermithrax] Do not read if you haven't read all the books. There was a big thread a while back (maybe a year and a half or more) where Rainman made a bunch of predictions about what will happen.
He theorized that John Snow is the bastard of Ned Stark and one of the Targaryen women. I cannot remember which one he said and I cannot seem to find the thread.
We all know Jon supposedly dies at the end of the last book. That was a shock to even me. I suspect either he didn't really die or he will resurrected somehow.
There's also Aegon Targaryen, Daenerys' nephew who we find out survived. He's a bit of a wild card.
I'd say it's impossible to guess what will happen at this point, especially with this writer.
I dont know how many people picked this up, but that was basically confirmed in the first episode of this season. He basically said prince rhaegar cheated on red viper's sister and had a kid. Go back and carefully listen to the conversation between the red viper and tyrion. The biggest hint that jon snow is a targaryen. I'm hoping Jon Snow is left for dead then gets revived due to his dragon blood from the targys. (targy blood makes sense because that old man in the watch who was a targy had some serious helping hand syndrome going on that doesn't fit with just any old bastard. this is GoT we're talkin bout, all for one and one for himself)
Also possible is his crippled half brother uses whatever crazy powers he has to sense Jon about to die and uses those powers to restore him or keep him alive.

Yea the whole thing with Bran is really interesting. I am excited to see where that goes. Him being able to see past events indicates he might be able to see the future at some point too. And the fact that he can now skin change into human bodies (Hodor) opens up limitless possibilities. We don't know exactly what a greenseer is/does yet, but I'm excited to find out in the next book.

Daenerys will be one of the dragon riders but the other two are currently unknown. Tyrion is a big candidate on my list due to his absolute hard-on for dragons. The third i'm hoping will be Jon Snow if he lives who may also end up being her husband. He has the added benefit of being a half-brother to fulfill the weird targy fetish of sibling love.
The one thing I hate about books is that I've read all the good established series' so now I get them as they come out. the wait kills me!!

Victarion will use his dragon horn to control at least one of the dragons. John Snows body dies but he wargs into Wun Wun and rips everyone to shreds. Arya will gain control of a wolf army lead by her dire wolf Nymeria. Sansa kills little finger via cunning political moves. Qyburn uses the head of Ned Stark to create a living bone monster to fight along side the headless Mountain.

That's what i love about the series. He took the predictability you find in most writers' work and threw that shit out the window and nuked the front lawn.

That's sort of why I'm not entirely convinced about the top Jon theory. It's almost seems too obvious at this point and GRRM is proven to be really unpredictable.

The guy might end up being a total bastard and killing Daenerys, right before she ascends the throne and giving the whole show to littlefinger, or maybe Varys because who the hell would see that coming? lol..

Don't read if you haven't read the books. I strongly suspect Sansa will have some important role in the series. At this point, she's contributed literally nothing of value and not even had any interesting side stories, in 5 fucking books! There's got to be some reason she is still alive and we still have to read about her sob story.
