Yeah captains are all over...and if a regular enemy kills you he will become a captain and you can go get revenge. I am currently hunting Horhag down because he's a fucker who killed me earlier and became a captain. It's cool that you get to know the names of the ones you hate. Would be different for each person that plays too.
