You posted the code section, not me. I linked you only the exact text of the code section you quoted, nothing more. I guess that's a weak link in your world. Uh, okay? It's not my fault the code section did not say what you said it did.
Maybe you're quoting something from case law? Because I can't even find your quote in your last post anywhere in the section of statutes you linked, unless my F3/find function is broke in my chrome. That's fine and all. Case law helps interpret statutes but for future reference, if you mention case law, you should cite it.
