Im intrigued -- anyone know anything? I always thought Left for Dead was a great game, the multiplayer concept was awesome. Same creators and seems like a similar concept.
Played an early version of it back in August and it was really good. It's a similar idea to the L4D multiplayer, one group of people is the team, the fifth person is the monster.
Looks pretty cool. Not sure how long the novelty of it lasts though. How does L4D2 hold up currently? I always thought that game looked cool, buddy showed me one day, but was always busy with other games to try it.
L4D2 multiplayer is completely different than Evolve.
Evolve is 4 hunters (with different powers) vs. a single monster (can have different types of monsters) whereas L4D2 is 4 people (nothing unique about them) vs. 4 monsters (with different powers)
The most similar game to L4D2 multiplayer is probably Nosgoth. 4 humans (can choose among multiple classes) vs. 4 Vampires (can choose among multiple classes). Can also change each class's perks, weapons, etc.
