Rolo]I've had both. The G19 did everything I wanted it to, but I wanted to try something different so I got the G910. HATED, absolutely hated the raised areas on the keys so I returned it asap. I wanted a mechanical, and I liked the macro buttons on the left of the 19, so I checked out
Corsair K95 this one. They have a newer one that lets you customize all the colors on the keys, but I didn't bother to upgrade.
Key feel is super smooth and even (sometimes maybe a TAD too sensitive). It comes with Cherry MX Red switches, but I got the browns, so there are no clicks since I'm not really a fan of them. It's super durable and seems very well made - the top is like a brushed aluminum, not plastic. The other feature I really loved is that the palm rest doesn't just snap in with those pussy fucking plastic clips Logitech uses, it attaches with metal screws. I have broken so many of those tabs over the years and it always drives me nuts, so I was happy to see that.
Overall I am a fan of well made products that show some thought was put into them to overcome weaknesses of other versions, not just to add fluffy bullshit you don't really need. This one (and I'm sure all of the Corsair boards) display that quality. I think it was Dhal that first turned me onto the Corsair, and I'm glad he did.
