I road troll assholes like this often. I can't help it. I used to do the same shit as this guy did, towards those riding my bumper wanting desperately to pass me, where I'd drop to the same speed as the person I'm passing when I'm along side them and prevent the douche behind me from passing
My new favorite thing to do now is pass someone, with said asshole riding my ass desperately waiting for a chance to pass me, and when I'm almost a car length ahead of the person I'm passing I'll turn on my turn signal to let said asshole know I'm turning right. I'll watch him closely in my rear view mirror for his/her speed to increase and if their speed does increase I then move VEEERRRYYY slowly into the right lane. This is where it gets interesting and really entertaining. Most often, instead of letting go of the gas and waiting until I'm out of the way, they won't give up accelerating, they'll steer into the rumble strip, and they will pass me while driving on that shit....BWUAHHAHAHA watching their car shake while they pass me is comedic gold.
