Abbott is a douchebag that doesnt like obama. He is using the Texas guard, not the national guard as that says, to "protect property and constitutional rights".
Basically , he doesn't like the federal gubberment coming to Texas to run practice drills, and he is using this just to be a pain in the ass.
Nobody here actually thinks its anything more than a training drill outside of conspiracy websites, and the sheep of those websites.
Like we need any more bad press to enhance our pristine reputation.
Besides, they would need more than a joint ops training task force to impose martial law in Texas.
28 million people live in Texas, and most of us have guns.
