I would ask the person where they wanted a house, then wherever they said I would act like I owned the perfect house there, but I always needed half up front. When they gave me the money I would say "hah sucker" and run to the inn and log out. I had AOL so they would chase me cussing me out. It's amazing how many people get excited and are more than willing to pay half up front or all of it before they get the house.<br><br>
